Charter Terms
The charter fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses incurred by the charterer, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, repositioning, and local taxes, are additional.

A standard APA allowance calculated at 35% of the charter fee and 10-15% VAT (depending on the cruising area) is required. A 14% VAT (of the charter fee) is due for Bahamas charters, and a security deposit may be requested for corporate charters

INTERIOR

First thing to remember, the most impressive is the Dining Room just past the Main Salon. In similar fashion, the chandelier shines down on the wooden dining table for 8 guests. A large window located starboard allows a dining experience with a view.

Significantly, the lower deck forward hosts the guest accommodation. The crew accommodation are located aft.

Significantly, on the main deck, the forward section contains the galley and breakfast area.

ACCOMODATIONS

To clarify, cabins: 4, Double Cabins: 3, King Size Beds: 1, Queen Size Beds: 2, Twin Size Beds: 2, is the breakdown.

To rephrase it, the Master is located amidships includes a King bed. His and hers baths have a luxurious shower connecting the two.

In sum, the forward VIP and starboard Stateroom each have Queens. The port Twin has bunk-style beds.

Also, each of these beautiful staterooms are tastefully decorated.

EXTERIOR

Firstly, the lower deck has a swim platform guests.

Secondly, the sheltered main deck aft is an ideal setup for family meals and lounging in the fresh air. Grill seafood and barbecues is on her aft deck.

Thirdly, the foredeck offers a broad sunpad for all-day sunbathing.

Fourthly, The flybridge aft is used for storing the tender. An alfresco dining area and lounge is placed to starboard of the staircase. Also, the glass sliding doors to the skylounge can be pulled back for indoor/outdoor flow.

CREW

Captain – Bill Wassmer

Markedly, Captain Bill has taken M/Y LEXINGTON from Key West To Maine and back, up and down the USA East coast 8 times.

In addition, he has numerous side trips to the Bahamas.

Equally important, Captain Bill is a licensed private pilot and can fly seaplanes as well as being a PADI Certified Open Water Diver.

Chef – Ranada Riley

Above all, Ranada has traveled nationally and internationally to cook beside some of the greatest chefs in the business.

Coupled with, she has catered and cooked for multiple Grammy Music award winners, executives, sports teams and even a US President.

She brought a in First-Place win with Best Cocktail at the Newport Charter Show in 2022.

She loves listening to and playing music on her guitar, art, history, writing, and producing some creative meals sure to wow our guests on board. MENU
